Our Service

If you place an order with The Food Stork you are agreeing to the conditions that appear below.  Please read the following carefully.

Once you have placed your order, there is a minimum of 72 hours until delivery as each order is made from scratch and it is dependant on delivery restrictions.

We reserve the right to refuse orders from customers at our discretion.

We reserve the right to make any changes to the menus at our discretion.  The meals are designed to be nutritionally-balanced, but specific health or dietary requirements cannot be guaranteed.

Currently we are unable to deliver to those who have allergies that result in anaphylactic shock.


Ordering & Deliveries

Once you have placed your order, there is a minimum of 72 hours until delivery.  Each order is made the day 48 hours before delivery.

All orders are delivered by the professional courier service UKmail to your door.

There is a delivering charge of £12.00 for each Food Box order and £3.00 for each Brownie order.

Delivery days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  WE DO NOT DELIVER ON MONDAYS, SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS.

It is your duty to ensure that your requested delivery date is suitable for either yourself or your gift recipient to accept an order.  If we deliver and no one is there to collect we are not obliged to redeliver.

We cannot accept responsiblity for addresses provided incorrectly.



At checkout please complete the form informing us of your credit card details.  Payment will be authorised by your bank but payment will not be processed until the delivery date is confirmed by both parties.
There is a 3% charge on all business credit cards.


Handling and Storage

All our food needs to be refrigerated immediately on receipt.  Cooking and re-heating instructions must be followed closely.  Make sure that all re-heated food is piping hot throughout.  Occasionally the food packaging is damaged during transportation.  If your packages are damaged do not eat the food inside.  Call The Food Stork immediately and we will endeavour to send a replacement.

All our food is stored in sterile stand-up pouches.


Unforeseen Circumstances

Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, War, Stirke, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought, Severe Weather or other causes beyond the control of The Food Stork.


Complaints Procedure

It is your responsiblity to check your order carefully immeditately on receipt of goods and to store in the fridge or freezer.  In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or imcomplete you should accept delivery and contact us within 2 working days.



All food is prepared in nut enviroments and could possibly be contaminated with nuts.  We cannot accept orders from those who have allergies that result in anaphylatic shock.


Cancellations and Returns

As our dishes are supplied fresh and produced to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it and refunds cannot be given.  Consequently payment will be taken upon placement of orders.  In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory,  please contact us immediately.  Do not return goods without first speaking to The Food Stork.


Privacy Policy

Apart from using your personal information to process any orders you may place, if you provide The Food Stork with an email address, it will automatically be entered into our regular email update service.  From time to time, we may also contact you by post with information on special offers or events regarding our products or services that we think you may be interested in.  If you do not wish to receive updates or marketing information, please contact us.


Use of Images, Website and our IP

It is prohibited to duplicate or publish any materials from our website, images or menus.  You acknowledge that The Food Stork is our trademark and that you may not use the name.
