Chia and Apple Pudding
Perfect for breakfast or a mid-afternoon snack, our chia pudding is made with chia seeds soaked in apple puree and almond milk and sweetened with ground cinnamon and vanilla and topped with toasted almonds, blueberries and flaked coconut.
Chia seeds are a fantastically rich in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids and can boost brain functionality brilliantly!
